\/* zv\u00fd\u0161\u00ed mezeru mezi odstavci *\/\n}\/* End custom CSS *\/\n\/* Start custom CSS for container, class: .elementor-element-c348bba *\/.elementor-5724 .elementor-element.elementor-element-c348bba a {\n    color: inherit;\n    text-decoration: underline\n}\/* End custom CSS *\/<\/style>\t\t<div data-elementor-type=\"wp-page\" data-elementor-id=\"5724\" class=\"elementor elementor-5724 elementor-5723\" data-elementor-post-type=\"page\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c348bba e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"c348bba\" data-element_type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8db4ee8 e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"8db4ee8\" data-element_type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5cef922 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"5cef922\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h1 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">General Terms and Conditions<\/h1>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1b133a7 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"1b133a7\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2>General Terms and Conditions for Boat Rentals<\/h2><ul><li>After the reservation is confirmed, Vltava Sport Service will lend the client the requested equipment upon signing the Trip Arrangement Agreement.<\/li><li>The client will inspect the equipment and be provided with instructions on its use.<\/li><li>The client agrees to use the rented equipment only for the purpose and in the manner for which it is intended, i.e., water tourism.<\/li><li>The client agrees to return the rented equipment at the time and place specified in the Rental Agreement.<\/li><li>In the event of loss or damage to the rented equipment, the client agrees to pay the full amount of the damages.<\/li><li>If the client returns the rented equipment after the period agreed upon in the Rental Agreement, the client is obligated to pay additional rental fees according to the current price list.<\/li><li>Vltava Sport Service bears no liability (except for damage caused by a hidden defect in the equipment) for any injury or property damage caused in connection with the use of the rented equipment.<\/li><li>Vltava Sport Service reserves the right to cancel a client\u2019s confirmed reservation due to force majeure (high or excessively low water levels in the river, natural disasters, etc.).<\/li><\/ul><h2>Payment and Cancellation Policies<\/h2><ul><li>The client is required to pay a deposit equal to 50% of the order price within 10 days of the reservation confirmation.<\/li><li>Vltava Sport Service will issue a payment order to the client for the deposit.<\/li><li>In some cases (e.g., one-day trips, reservations made shortly before the rental date, etc.), a deposit may not be required. In such cases, Vltava Sport Service will notify the client of this fact.<\/li><li>By paying the deposit into Vltava Sport Service\u2019s account, the client confirms that they are familiar with the General Terms and Conditions and that they agree to them.<\/li><li>If the deposit is not paid by the due date, the reservation is no longer binding for Vltava Sport Service.<\/li><li>The client is required to pay the balance for the ordered services after the Trip Arrangement Agreement has been drawn up and upon receipt of the rented equipment.<\/li><li><strong>Cancellation Fees:<\/strong><ul><li>Up to 15 days before the start date: no cancellation fee<\/li><li>14 to 7 days before the start date: 25% of the total price of unused services<\/li><li>6 to 0 days before the start date: 50% of the total price of unused services<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong>Cancellation fees do not apply in the following cases:<\/strong><ul><li>adverse water conditions (declared state of emergency)<\/li><li>cancellation of the order by Vltava Sport Service due to force majeure (see General Terms and Conditions for Boat Rentals)<\/li><li>rescheduling of the reservation to another date subject to Vltava Sport Service\u2019s availability.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>General Terms and Conditions for Boat Rentals After the reservation is confirmed, Vltava Sport Service will lend the client the requested equipment upon signing the Trip Arrangement Agreement.
