Our season has ended. We are back on the water on 1 April 2027 and we are already taking bookings for the new season.

Experience the Adventure

Useful Information

Leave the planning to us. We provide boats, safety equipment, transport, and luggage transfer for both small and large groups.

Current Vltava River Conditions

The river is currently fully navigable along all sections. The water level in Krumlov is optimal.

Preparation and Equipment

We recommend wearing swimwear and water shoes for maximum comfort and safety. Sandals or flip-flops are also suitable, although lighter footwear may float away during the trip. Don’t forget sunscreen, a hat or cap, and plenty of water to stay hydrated throughout the adventure.

Your valuables and dry clothes can be safely stored in a waterproof barrel, which we provide free of charge with every rental.

Safety and Children

Safety on the Vltava depends on several factors. The main one is the current water level and flow. When there are no long periods of heavy rain and the flow is at a normal level, the river is generally safe for recreational boating. However, it is still important to always follow basic safety rules on the water.

Another key factor is the section of the river you choose. The Vltava has 11 navigable weirs, so the level of difficulty varies significantly depending on the route.

The type of boat also plays an important role. If you are at least four people on a raft, you can usually handle any weir after a short safety briefing. However, if you have little or no experience with canoeing or kayaking, some sections may be suitable while others could be too challenging.

If you are unsure which option is best for you, feel free to contact us by email or phone — we’ll be happy to recommend the safest and most enjoyable route for your group.
